High PR Social Signals for NYC

For several years many SEO freelancers and companies are searching for the best, fastest and safe way to boost a website in search engines results for some targeted keywords. So, in this article I'm going to write about social signals, because these are the best "signals" for search engines, about a webpage or website, that has or is getting a high value for people behind the most important social networks, that are sharing, liking, resharing and/or commenting posts/articles/videos/etc.

The most important social networks in the world are: Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Stumbleupon, Delicious, Tumblr, FriendFeed, Plurk, Reddit, and a few others. If you're sharing a link on that kind of social networks (these are PR10 - PR7 domains), then search engines will start offering better positions on their results.

I prefere to use just PR9 Social Signals, sometimes I extend the list to PR8 social networks (usually I don't have so much time). Also, I used just Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest and Google+ to rank my SEO freelancer profile in Google's 1st page, for keywords like NY SEO services.

Different people means "different profiles". Don't move your thoughts to software like Ultimate Demon, Senuke Xcr, Magic Submitter, GSA SER, TweetAdder, etc. Anyway, these can't successfully use social websites like Twitter, Facebook, Google+ or Pinterest, becasue any suspiciouse activity, needs additional human specific actions, like PVAs, captchas, password resets, etc.

When I write "different profiles", I refere to profiles managed by real people (even a person have 3-5 different profiles on a social network). Also, profiles managed by real people are usually linked: Twitter to Facebook and vice versa, Google+ to Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Pinterest, and what social network you like; Pinterest to Twitter, Facebook and Google+, and so on.

How Many Social Signals?

The answer is: how much you can to get. Try to get involved as many people you can. Of course, is very important to get shares via old profiles, also that have many followers (tens, hundreds or thousands).

Also, it's the classic way to virality.

YouTube Video Ranking for NYC

I tried several popular social websites to go in Google's first page for some NYC SEO specific keywords, but none of these offered me a great and fast help as videos uploaded on YouTube.

It was a difficult task until I discovered the best way to boost a YouTube video rank, but then.. it works like a charm.

The foundation of ranking a webpage from a popular website like YouTube, Slideshare, Issuu, Scribd, Squidoo, etc is to use customized social profiles/accounts, usually designed by interests and location (for Local SEO purposes). Also, to validate these social accounts, you need to follow some relevant people (based on related interests and/or same location).

So, for ranking my YouTube videos (and indirectly my NYC SEO seller page), I used a dedicated YouTube channel (targeted via "SEO" interest with a NYC  based location). Also, for ranking the video, I shared it on most popular social networks social accounts designed after the same criterias. More over, I used landing pages from Google+,  Facebook and a Pinterest board, with a similar "SEO design".

I know it's hard to build that kind of social profiles/accounts, but this SEO strategy seems to be the most efficient to rank fast an YouTube video (or any other webpage from high PR social websites).

No! Not just from New York...

It was a year of hard work, but I'm not considering it a waste of time, since I have over 900 happy customers. Many of them are returning customers who are generating an important monthly income, but I'm too far away of what could be called... success.

- to rich at least 2.000 happy customers (3.000 would be great);
- to maintain the same rating (100% positive);

- maybe to start my own SEO company targeted on New York SEO services (and other major cities).
- to improve my White Hat SEO techniques.

For example you can get SEO services starting from $1, but you'll need to do a very carefull check among these freelancers and search for high rated sellers. Also, try to avoid freelacers who have negative feedbacks, or at least take a look to the content of negative reviews...

But the most known source to get cheap (and high quality) services is other micro job website, that is used by many famous freelancers and even companies to offer NY SEO services. Yeah, you correctly understood: mosty NYC SEO companies are buying SEO services from micro job websites for $5 or even $1, and then these services are sold to you for a few hundreds (even thousands) of bucks - it's ridiculous, isn't it?
